Job Title: Customer Sales Consultant in Barcelona

As a Customer Sales Consultant at Blu Selection, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to clients and partners, employing a consultative approach to account management. Your goal will be to develop the business environment for sustained growth on the account, creating and maintaining relationships inside the account to preserve long-term visibility of strategies and general competitor's movements.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert assistance to clients and partners
  • Developing the business environment for sustained growth on the account
  • Creating and maintaining relationships inside the account
  • Researching new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
  • Tracking, managing, and reporting ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline
  • Responding to and providing solutions for incoming client or partner calls
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs
Requirements:
  • A native level of Dutch/Flemish and a good level of English
  • Previous experience in B2B Sales and working with channels
  • Achievement and goal-oriented
  • Attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people
  • Energetic, innovative, and proactive at a fast pace
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
