We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact with our customers, responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek out new prospects and map greenfield accounts to achieve quarterly sales quotas.
  • Conduct business dealings in a professional and proactive manner, utilizing strong qualification skills to uncover customer needs.
  • Align with Field Sales Representatives to discuss and refine prospecting strategies.
  • Utilize the Salesforce platform to gather intelligence on accounts and record all activity and actions.
  • Attend dedicated product and sales-acumen trainings to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of business experience in an outbound motion, preferably in software sales.
  • Fluency in English and native proficiency in Swedish.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious, with a strong desire to work in sales.
