Job Summary:
Ria is seeking a highly skilled Digital Payments Manager to lead our payment operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts with payment processors, managing relationships with external partners, and developing operational strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and Manage Payment Contracts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with payment processors, acquirers, and other external partners to ensure seamless payment operations.
- Payment Operations Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement payment operations processes that drive growth, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize payment operations.
- Payment Product Development: Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop new payment products and features.
- Vendor Management: Source and manage new payment vendors to support business growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure payment operations meet regulatory requirements and partner with Legal to address any compliance issues.
- International Expansion: Help develop plans to scale payment operations internationally.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in payment operations, preferably with international and cross-border experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work independently, and high level of initiative.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% - 40%.
