Job Title: Chief Financial Officer Southern Europe

ArcelorMittal Construction is the leading global provider of steel building systems and solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Southern Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our financial strategy to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and coordinate the company's financial function across the regions
  • Partner with the Chief Financial Officer, local CEOs, and local finance teams to achieve business objectives
  • Supervise entity controlling/finance teams and manage their skills development
  • Align forecasting results with each entity in the region and Cluster CEOs and AMC CFO
  • Implement and ensure the correct application of accounting and financial procedures of the ArcelorMittal group within the entities
  • Steer the risk management process: internal control, external control across all relevant entities
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, advanced in Spanish and Italian (mandatory), French and Portuguese are a plus
  • Masters degree in Economics, Finance or Auditing
  • 10+ years of experience in multi-national finance role
  • Experience in M&A processes is a plus
  • Self-starter, innovative, results-oriented, strategic thinker
  • Advanced reporting and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels in the organization
  • Capability to work under pressure
  • Financial acumen
  • High level of organization
