We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Analyst to join our team at Novo/Scale Is Now Thirdera. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and functionality of our technology environment.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing support processes and mentoring junior team members.
- Provide mentoring, guidance, and support to junior team members, sometimes acting as project team lead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and contribute to the overall success of our IT operations.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- ITIL Foundation V3 or V4 certification.
- Desired: Microsoft Azure certification, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, and 3-5 years of experience as an IT Support Lead, Service Manager, or IT systems administrator.
- Proficiency in a variety of operating systems, hardware, software applications, cloud computing, Office 365, Intune, Okta, and network protocols.
- Knowledge and experience in leading projects following PMP and SCRUM.
- In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and ITOM.
