Nuestras oficinas centrales se encuentran en Madrid Capital y dentro de nuestro equipo de E-commerce, buscamos incorporar a una persona como Líder de Producto con experiencia de aproximadamente 3 años en posiciones similares.

**¿Cómo será tu día a día?**

  • Gestión efectiva de equipos, colaborando con desarrolladores, diseñadores y otros profesionales.
  • Supervisión de la vida completa de los proyectos, desde la concepción hasta la entrega, asegurando la calidad y la puntualidad.
  • Trabajo cercano con el equipo de UX para garantizar una buena experiencia de usuario.
  • Planificación estratégica y ejecución de lanzamientos, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos comerciales.
  • Desarrollo y documentación de historias de usuarios y criterios de aceptación.
  • Gestión del backlog de incidencias, priorizando tareas según las necesidades del negocio.

**Requisitos:**

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia como Líder de Producto.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de programación para comprender y comunicarte efectivamente con el equipo técnico.
  • Conocimiento sólido de Scrum y experiencia en la gestión de proyectos utilizando esta metodología.
  • Experiencia previa en proyectos de E-commerce, comprendiendo las complejidades de esta área.
  • Experiencia previa en plataformas de E-commerce como Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Prestashop o Shopify.
  • Buen nivel de inglés para comunicación efectiva en un entorno internacional.
