As a Salesforce Product Owner, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and user-oriented systems processes to support our go-to-market motion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement technical business processes within Salesforce central CRM, working closely with customer success and sales teams.
  • Provide technical and operational advisory to business partners during brainstorming phases of GTM operations process designs.
  • Engage with stakeholders and GTM Strategy and Operations team to collect functional requirements for internal or cross-departmental processes within centrally-managed GTM tools.
  • Coordinate and ensure proper alignment and delivery of GTM-related technical initiatives where Business Processes & Systems team is involved.
  • Lead a team of Business Processes & Systems specialists with focus on GTM systems projects and implementations.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce implementations or Go-to-market systems implementation roles with parallel earned experience around Sales operations in a SaaS company.
  • Admin knowledge of Custify or other Sales/Success and digital tools would be a plus.
  • Experience with working with Make platform or any other automation platform is a plus.
  • Ability to translate business requirements road map into detailed action plan and technical requirements.
  • Fluent English.
