Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Mergers & Acquisitions to lead and manage the M&A activities within the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid international background, extensive experience in executing M&A transactions, and be accustomed to working in small teams.

Responsibilities

  • M&A Strategy Development and Execution
    • Develop and implement M&A strategies in line with the company's strategic goals.

    • Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation of potential acquisition targets.
    • Assess synergies, risks, and strategic fit of potential deals.
