We are seeking a highly skilled Validation Manager to join our Global IT Area at the corporate level, located in BIESA. This position will belong to IT GAE Insights & compliance, functionally working for Enterprise Service Management Platform Operations with a main focus on the strategic platform MyServices (ServiceNow) within Boehringer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide validation support for global enterprise applications, with a focus on ServiceNow, a GxP and GAMP5 environment extensively used by IT and Business.
- Support and guide day-to-day validation operations on different MyServices processes, such as release management.
- Demand and project validation and compliance alignment, planning, and release to production.
- Support and handle deviation management.
- Support, centralize, and ensure audits readiness and execution.
- Support the improvement and optimization of global template solutions.
- Participate in deployment projects of template solutions from a validation perspective.
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or comparable professional experience.
- Professional experience in IT, optional, with a focus on validation in a GxP environment, understanding of GAMP5 V2.
- Quick learner to support LeVA system Life cycle documentations and challenge the validation status quo at Boehringer.
- Experience in developing and training applicable Standard Operating Procedures as defined in Validation Plans.
- Experience and background in ITIL V4.
- Pharma industry knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience working in a virtual, international, and multicultural environment.
