About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at PVcase. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing legal guidance and support to our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, employment agreements, and licensing agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential legal and regulatory risks associated with commercial transactions.
  • Collaborate with external counsel, when necessary, to manage litigation and disputes involving the company.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance legal awareness and promote compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of EU commercial law, including contract law, employment law, intellectual property, data privacy, and corporate law.
  • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
  • Experience with international contracts and cross-border transactions.
  • Proven experience as a legal counsel or attorney with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international law firm, corporate and/or business environment.
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced and evolving nature of the tech industry.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.

Salary Range: Starting from 70,000 Euros/year gross. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
