Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT License Compliance Specialist to join our team at oilandgas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company's IT assets are properly governed and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compliance and Governance: Engage with stakeholders to design and implement effective controls and monitoring to ensure that our IT assets are properly managed and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Licensing and Contract Negotiation: Partner with internal stakeholders to negotiate and settle license agreements with external vendors to ensure that our company obtains the most favorable outcome.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including Purchasing, Business, Legal, Finance, and other relevant departments.
  4. Compliance Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance strategy that aligns with our company's strategic goals and drives additional value to the enterprise.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments to ensure that our company remains compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of IT asset governance and compliance, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
