About the Role

Equativ is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Traffic Manager to join our AdOps team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Managed Service offerings, ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Equativ platforms to achieve best-in-class KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and apply optimization strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, to ensure consistent and smooth delivery of campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Product team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
  • Manage technical issues and collaborate with the tech team to ensure quick and efficient support for critical media trading situations.
  • Provide hyper-responsive support to team and client inquiries that demand immediate attention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create pre-sales documents, such as offers and rate cards, and work with the marketing team to create internal reports, benchmarks, and analysis.

About You

  • Previous experience in trafficking, optimizing, and troubleshooting in various DSPs required (2-3 years).
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
