About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving change and achieving operational excellence across the organization.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for aligning business needs with our technology and operational solutions, managing tools and processes, and leading project-based initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Originals, Marketing, and User Support, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Developing and implementing operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in a project management or operations role
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • A strong academic background, with a degree in a relevant field such as business, operations, or project management
