Job Overview
Join a leading player in the retail sector as a SEM Specialist. This role offers the chance to contribute to significant marketing initiatives for a prominent retail brand.
Key Responsibilities:
PLANNING
- Conduct thorough keyword research relevant to the products and services offered.
- Assess the financial investment needed for targeted keywords over a specified timeframe.
- Develop a strategic plan aligned with campaign objectives, focusing on metrics such as impressions, website traffic, sales, and associated costs.
ACTIVATION
- Set up and configure the Google Ads account, ensuring correct billing and budget allocation for the campaign duration.
- Craft compelling ad content in collaboration with the client, utilizing Google Editor.
- Adjust account settings according to the campaign brief, including targeting parameters, daily budgets, and tracking configurations.
- Integrate the account with relevant bid management and optimization tools as necessary.
- Complete the account activation process.
MONITORING
- Oversee budget utilization to adhere to the approved plan while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, and cost-per-click (CPC).
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Generate and deliver tracking reports in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Perform qualitative data analysis, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements.
- Continuously explore opportunities for account growth and optimization.
- Regularly review and update ad copies and URLs based on client feedback and performance metrics.
OPTIMIZATION
- Implement necessary adjustments to meet campaign goals and enhance KPIs.
- Review and introduce additional content to foster account growth.
- Update account content to reflect new products and services from the client.
- Propose optimization strategies based on emerging trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Make adjustments to associated technologies to improve outcomes and optimize expenditures, guided by established KPIs.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or possesses over two years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).
- Experience working with international clients.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic and proactive approach.
- Open-minded and adaptable to change.
