Ebury is a leading FinTech firm that offers a range of innovative products and services to help businesses manage their financial transactions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Onboarding Analyst to join our team in Madrid.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence and risk assessments on corporate clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective anti-financial crime strategies to mitigate risks and protect our clients and business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes and timely completion of analysis.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on regulatory requirements and compliance matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure our business remains compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in conducting CDD and EDD with corporate clients, including complex client segments.
  • Advanced knowledge of red flags and financial crime typologies relevant to the payments and FX space.
  • Proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
