Job Title: Global Social Media & Influencer Manager

At Signify, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead our organic social media strategy for Philips Hue smart lighting. This role will be responsible for planning and executing social media campaigns that focus on content creators, influencers, and sponsorship amplification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives.
  • Manage content calendars and collaborate with local markets and key internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Curate and analyze consumer-created content across diverse markets, ensuring it aligns with brand goals while maintaining authenticity and engaging the community.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, including creative and media buying agencies, as well as with influencers directly.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage both organic and paid media channels, maximizing reach and impact.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of social media channels and their role in marketing strategies.
  • Experience setting clear guidelines and direction, content pillars, and content strategy for each channel.
  • Understanding of current trends and best practices in social media content creation, including platform-specific features and formats.
  • Ability to work through agencies and internally to adapt or create existing content in an agile way, and draft a publication calendar.
  • Ability to adapt content strategy based on performance data and audience insights.
