About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Lead to join our team at Mars, Incorporated And Its Affiliates. As a key member of our Digital Products, Platforms & Services team, you will play a critical role in driving product innovation and efficiency in our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our corporate and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business relationship managers and enterprise architects to integrate the product seamlessly within the company's digital ecosystem.
  • Establish and maintain a long-term roadmap for automation and digital transformation within the content lifecycle management domain.
  • Drive the product's contribution to business value by aligning with key performance indicators and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct thorough competitive analyses to ensure our products offer superior value and remain competitive in the market.
  • Participate in governance processes to prioritize product development and enhancements effectively.
  • Ensure all products comply with internal standards and external regulations, including data privacy and business continuity requirements.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and alignment with our digital strategy.
  • Manage remote team and operational governance with third-party suppliers.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
