About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Lead to join our team at Saber. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and plan product development.
  • Ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Lead and participate in Agile rituals, ensuring the team has what they need to deliver.
  • Set success measures for product deliveries and analyze, assess, and monitor progress.
  • Effectively manage the product backlog/pipeline, justified by data and customer insights.
  • Balance commercial value with reducing technical debt.
  • Ensure products are fit-for-purpose and ready-to-use, including troubleshooting guides, rollout plans, and dependencies management.
  • Prioritize and manage incidents effectively for quick resolution, with proactive communication and reduced negative business impact.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager, working with development teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing digital product roadmaps.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing requirements and planning.
  • Technical understanding and/or background.
  • Agile understanding and way of working.
