Descripción del Puesto

La empresa Sop Seleccio Sl busca incorporar a un profesional para el puesto de Customer Service con Inglés en su sede en Cardedeu. El candidato ideal será una persona analítica con dotes comerciales, capacidad de trabajar en equipo, buena comunicación, habilidades organizativas y de planificación.

Responsabilidades
  • Gestionar y hacer ofertas, pedidos y estudios.
  • Capturar las ofertas preparadas por los comerciales y pasarlas a pedidos.
  • Hablar y mantener la relación de gestión con los delegados/comerciales de España, Francia e Internacional.
  • Control y gestión de CRM.
  • Control y gestión en formas de pago a nivel INT. (cartas de crédito, INCOTERMS, etc)
  • Recibir y registrar las quejas y reclamaciones de los clientes identificando origen y distribuyéndolas a cada responsable.
  • Atención al cliente.
  • Búsqueda activa de licitaciones.
  • Recepción / Centralita: Atención de visitas internas y externas. Recepción y derivación de llamadas al dpto. o persona correspondiente.
Requisitos
  • Idioma: Catalán (opcional), Castellano e Inglés.
  • Experiencia como administrativa de atención al cliente internacional.
  • Capacidad de análisis, síntesis y persuasión.
  • Gestión del tiempo.
