Mission

The Senior Account Executive plays a crucial role in spearheading sales initiatives, fostering and sustaining enduring relationships with key clients, and ensuring the fulfillment of revenue objectives. This position is essential for driving business expansion through strategic account oversight, exceptional client service, and effective teamwork with internal departments.

Main Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Enhance customer relationships by providing tailored performance-enhancing recommendations and promoting both existing and upcoming products.
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience for all clients and partners/distributors.

Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Contribute significantly to the recurring revenue from existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within current accounts and potential clients.

Account Strategy and Planning

  • Offer consultative guidance and address challenges by collaborating with a diverse range of businesses in our sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.

Collaboration

  • Work alongside in-house specialists from various departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Product Development, to enhance customer revenue.

Contract Negotiation and Management

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability.
  • Oversee management of key accounts.

Client Advocacy

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client's industry and business landscape.
  • Provide market insights and reporting.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, marketing management, or consulting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in managing large accounts and achieving sales goals.
  • Technical sales experience or a technical background is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Proven track record in account management and building long-term relationships.
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are required.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members, with a self-starter attitude.
  • Experience with Salesforce and proficiency in Excel.
