About the Role
As a Learning Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of our PLM solutions among our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver effective training programs, leveraging your technical expertise and communication skills to drive client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person and online training sessions for clients, utilizing our PLM product suite, including NX CAD and Teamcenter.
- Evaluate, obtain, and prepare training programs and custom materials to meet client needs.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Apply Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address client needs and enhance learner understanding.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in the PLM industry, with a strong understanding of Teamcenter and NX CAD.
- Fluent proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel, if required.
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
