Cash Allocator with Advanced Financial Management Skills

As a Cash Allocator with Mygwork, you will be part of our Finance team, reporting directly to the O2C Cash Allocations Team Lead. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Retrieving and processing bank statements and customer payments.
  2. Liaising with internal teams to obtain payment remittances and investigating unallocated cash.
  3. Managing customer refunds, following up on over and double payments, and maintaining accurate records of cash transactions.
  4. Assisting with daily and monthly reconciliation of customer bank payments and supporting internal and external audits.
  5. Performing other ad-hoc Finance duties as required.

Key Requirements:
  1. Administrative degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience in Cash Allocation or a related field is an asset.
  3. Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  4. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  6. Experience in a multinational environment.
