Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cash Allocator to join our team in Barcelona. As a Cash Allocator, you will be responsible for retrieving bank statements, processing customer payments, and liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth cash transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Retrieve bank statements and process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with internal teams, including Collections, to obtain payment remittances and resolve any issues.
- Investigate unallocated cash and provide support to the credit collectors and finance team.
- Manage customer refunds and follow up on over and double payments.
- Maintain accurate records of cash transactions for audit purposes.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of customer bank payments.
- Assist with internal and external audits as required.
- Administrative degree or equivalent.
- Experience in accounting or a related field is an asset.
- Fluent English and Portuguese language skills.
- Dynamic, organized, and methodical approach to work.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
