This role is with Mygwork, a leading platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. Reporting directly to the O2C Cash Allocations Team Lead, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve and analyze bank statements to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of cash transactions.
  • Liaise with internal teams to obtain payment remittances and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Investigate unallocated cash and provide support to the credit collectors and finance team.
  • Manage customer refunds and follow up on over and double payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cash transactions for audit purposes.
  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of customer bank payments.
  • Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc finance duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Administrative degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in cash allocation field is an asset.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Dynamic and organized with a methodical approach.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Experience in a multinational environment.
