As a Cash Allocator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  1. Retrieving bank statements and processing customer payments.
  2. Liaising internally with Collections to obtain payment remittances.
  3. Investigating unallocated cash and providing support to the credit collectors & finance team.
  4. Managing customer refunds and following up on over and double payments.
  5. Maintaining appropriate records of cash transactions for audit purposes.
  6. Daily and monthly reconciliation of customer bank payments.
  7. Assisting with O2C internal and external audits.
  8. Other ad-hoc finance duties as required.


Minimum Requirements:

  1. Experience in a very multinational environment.
  2. Competitive compensation and benefits package in Barcelona.
