About the Role
As a Cash Allocator, you will be responsible for:
- Retrieving and processing bank statements to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Liaising with internal teams to obtain payment remittances and resolve any discrepancies.
- Investigating unallocated cash and providing support to the credit collectors and finance team.
- Managing customer refunds and following up on over and double payments.
- Maintaining accurate records of cash transactions for audit purposes.
- Performing daily and monthly reconciliations of customer bank payments.
- Assisting with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a multinational environment with a strong understanding of cash management processes.
