Asset Management Engineering Specialist

Quintas Energy is dedicated to the effective management of power, supported by a skilled team of 200 professionals providing asset management, advisory, and development services primarily throughout Europe, the UK, and Australia. In light of our continuous expansion, we are currently looking for an Engineering Associate to become a vital part of our Asset Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the resolution of issues, updating the Asset Management system, and providing reports to clients, with a particular focus on failures and deficiencies that may lead to production losses, including conducting an Economic Impact Assessment.
- Generating standard monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Completing the reporting platform, QE Connect, with comprehensive site information, including components, contracts, technical designs, locations, and establishing automatic reminders for compliance deadlines and events.
- Analyzing O&M reports to assess incident management and its effects on plant performance, along with conducting regular performance review meetings with operators.
- Monitoring O&M contractor adherence to preventive maintenance protocols, including the evaluation of monthly reports.
- Supervising the corrective maintenance actions of O&M contractors and ensuring compliance with the O&M contract.
- Assisting in the calculation of contractual Performance Ratio (PR) and/or availability metrics in accordance with established procedures.
- Reviewing site visit reports from the Operations Manager and addressing any outstanding issues identified during these visits.
- Authorizing exceptional work performed by Contractors.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree in Energy Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in monitoring energy assets, with knowledge of the photovoltaic solar market being advantageous.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills to effectively prepare and deliver periodic and specialized reports to Quintas Energy's clients.
- Analytical capabilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent English communication skills at a business level, with proficiency in other European languages being a plus.
- The ability to travel regularly to various markets where Quintas Energy operates.
