Manufacturing Engineering Industrialization Specialist

**Job Summary**
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Industrialization Specialist to join our team at Airbus Defence & Space in San Pablo (Sevilla). The successful candidate will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering Department and will be responsible for defining the best build process for production manufacturing, taking into consideration inputs for the rest of the MFT and continuous improvement of processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- To develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, minimizing waste of time for production and increasing security for the production and product.
- To lead the concurrence and interface between Design Engineering and production, ensuring seamless collaboration and standardization of processes.
- To analyze and optimize build processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality.
- To integrate the Manufacturing Dossier with all technical information, quality control, maintenance, health and safety, equipment, and tooling.
**Requirements**
- Education in an Aeronautical Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, with a strong understanding of industrialization processes.
- Knowledge of C295 would be an asset.
- Proactive person with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and structured, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish, with German or French being an asset.
