Manufacturing Engineering Industrialization Specialist

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Engineering Industrialization Specialist within Airbus Defence & Space in Spain.
The successful candidate will join the Manufacturing Engineering Department and be responsible for defining the best build process for production manufacturing, taking into consideration inputs for the rest of the MFT and continuous improvement of processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to minimize waste and increase productivity.
- Lead the interface between Design Engineering and production to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Standardize processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
- Analyze and optimize build processes to reduce production time and increase security.
- Manage configuration control and integrate manufacturing documentation with technical information and quality control.
Requirements:
- Education in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Strong knowledge of C295 and ability to work with complex systems.
- Proactive and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish, with German or French as an asset.
- Ability to travel and work in a multicultural environment.
