**Job Summary:**
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Expert to join Airbus Defence and Space, SAU in Tablada, Seville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Empennages to our Final Assembly Lines, ensuring they meet the required standards while maintaining competitiveness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes and designs that meet industrial needs.
- Contribute to all phases of the design process to ensure that industrial requirements are taken into account.
- Promote the adoption of manufacturing best practices and standardization in design.
- Develop and implement build processes for manufacturing engineering.
- Calculate production times and manage technical sequencing.
- Specify industrial asset requirements for creation or modification.
- Drive the implementation of manufacturing readiness, including shop floor feedback loops.
- Plan regular feedback loops with the production team.
- Ensure configuration management, particularly for Delta 2.
- Create and update routings, BoM, and SOI, taking into account shop floor needs, time calculation, and work preparation golden rules.
**Requirements:**
- A degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in assembly, with a focus on Co-Design, Industrialization, and Support to production lines.
- Excellent collaboration, team spirit, and communication skills.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish.
