Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at Total Information Management Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our facilities and common equipment, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and health procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Facility Management: Conduct regular visual and physical checks on facilities, including lighting, water supply, and sanitary systems.
- Reporting and Coordination: Report any unusual physical findings and request repairs, replacements, and maintenance from Data Center Operations.
- Safety and Security: Collaborate with the security group on security issues and monitor resolution, assist with safety and security audits, and support medical services and customer experience group on incidents and accidents.
- Education: Graduate of Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Facility/Building Engineer preferred
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledgeable in building and property administration, facilities management, housekeeping services, and engineering maintenance services
- Full-time Benefits: Company Christmas gift, health insurance, opportunities for promotion
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotational shift
