Censolar is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Associate in Seville to join our team and contribute to the management and optimization of our renewable energy assets. As an Engineering Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our energy assets and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Issue Resolution and Reporting: Monitor the resolution of issues related to the Asset Management system and report to clients, with a focus on failures and shortfalls that may lead to production loss, including an Economic Impact Assessment.
- Monthly and Quarterly Reporting: Prepare and deliver standard monthly and quarterly reports to stakeholders.
- Reporting Platform Management: Populate the QE Connect platform with detailed site information, including components, contracts, technical design, location, and automatic reminders for compliance dates and events.
- Incident Review and Analysis: Review O&M reports to assess the treatment of incidents that may have affected plant performance and conduct regular meetings with operators to review performance.
- Contractor Compliance: Supervise O&M contractor compliance with preventive maintenance plant activities, including the delivery of monthly reports.
- Corrective Maintenance: Supervise O&M contractor's corrective maintenance measures and confirm that such measures have been carried out in compliance with the O&M contract.
- Contractual PR and Availability Values: Support the calculation of contractual PR and/or availability values according to contractual procedures.
- Site Visit Reports: Supervise site visit reports prepared by the Operations Manager and follow up on punch lists arising from these visits.
- Extraordinary Works: Approve extraordinary works executed by contractors.
- A degree in Energy Engineering or a similar field.
- Experience in monitoring energy assets and knowledge of the PV solar market is an advantage.
- Strong presentational and reporting skills to supervise the preparation and delivery of periodic and special reports to clients.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
- Advanced Excel user.
- Fluent business-level English language skills, with the ability to speak and write in English. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
- Ability to travel regularly to the UK and other markets where Censolar is present.
