About the Role

Coffee King is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Growth Leader to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with medium to large corporate customers across various sectors.
  • Work closely with colleagues and prospects to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, increasing the number of new clients and delivering new monthly revenue.
  • Manage the CRM element of client engagement, building and reporting on the sales pipeline, and providing regular updates to the CEO on successes and results.
  • Build a strong pipeline for success, updating data in both billing and CRM systems regarding client contact and communication preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, using this knowledge as a prospecting tool within our client base.
  • Collaborate with the Support Team and Finance Team to deliver exceptional technical service to clients while measuring profitability.
  • Prospect through self-driven lead generation activities, developing customer enquiries and converting them into new business sales.
  • Represent Coffee King at industry events, such as Coffee Fest, to build sales from enquiries and interested parties.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B solution-selling, with experience in selling to medium and enterprise customers, multi-site and international organizations.
  • Strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers, with the ability to present to a boardroom environment.
  • Target-driven sales professional with the ability to detect, drive, and deliver new opportunities to the company.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external contacts.
