Position Overview:

We are seeking a German-Speaking Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of independent retailers, ensuring they receive consistent, high-quality interactions that drive inventory optimization, sales enhancement, and stronger business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a designated portfolio of independent retailers.
  • Conduct regular quality phone consultations with store owners, focusing on enhancing their inventory, promoting new product launches, providing insights on boosting sales, and nurturing positive business relationships.
  • Leverage your fluency in German to communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on new product introductions, sales initiatives, and market developments, ensuring effective dissemination of relevant information to retailers.
  • Evaluate sales performance metrics for assigned retailers, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Strive to elevate customer experience and satisfaction through proactive engagement and tailored support.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (native or C1/C2 level) and proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving objectives and surpassing expectations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site and manage a designated portfolio of independent retailers.
