Salary: €32,000 per annum + relocation support
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing organization, engaging with clients primarily over the phone. Your role will involve providing guidance to ensure customers are utilizing the appropriate products while optimizing revenue streams. Regular communication with clients will be essential to secure repeat orders.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English, with proficiency in one of the following languages: French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Spanish, Polish, Norwegian, Romanian, Slovak, Czech, Finnish, Greek, Portuguese, or Danish.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
- A degree-level education is required.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- A proactive approach to making calls to clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- An interest in account management and sales.
This position is office-based in Barcelona, and candidates must be prepared to relocate if they are not currently residing in the area.
