Account Management Specialist

Account Management Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Account Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make regular calls to our clients to ensure they have the right product range in stock
- Advise clients on the best products to suit their business needs, helping them maximise sales opportunities
- Conduct stock checks and ensure timely reorders of sold items
- Keep clients informed about new product ranges and identify opportunities to close deals
- Expand our stockist program by growing customer commitment and fostering long-term business relationships
Requirements:
- Strong relationship-building skills with business partners and colleagues
- Excellent customer service and time management abilities
- High-level multitasking and organisational skills
- Proven ability to influence clients and grow sales
The Offer:
- Salary: €32,000
- Generous Benefits: 23 days holiday + 12 public holidays (with the opportunity to gain extra four days holiday per year), profit share bonus, pension plan, and option to join our Share Save scheme
- Relocation support
- Perks: 25% to 50% discount on our products
Working Hours: 40h per week. Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 (depending on your territory)
Requirements: Full proficiency in German, Polish and English. A higher technical diploma, a degree or an equivalent higher level education qualification. Driver's licence: the job requires that you hold a current driver's licence.
