Account Management Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Management Partner to join our team at Kyndryl. As an Account Management Partner, you will be responsible for driving proactive account growth, focusing on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals. You will have the power to create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer
- Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process
- Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and drive new opportunities and expansion of existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
- Stay ahead of the curve and continuously provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market
- 5+ years of experience running account P&L
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- Experience managing sales process end-to-end
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
- Open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
