Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Quality Coordinator to join our team at Schreiber Foods. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing quality complaints to suppliers for all EUYOG plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complaints through the supplier portal and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide support on supplier portal RMI functionality to partners and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with EQFS, QA, AP, Warehouses, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and process execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and/or Operations.
  • English fluency and intermediate French (nice to have).
  • Negotiation skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Strong process and communication skills, team player mentality, and customer service orientation.
  • Financial Acumen, system knowledge, project management skills, and innovative thinking.
