Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Brambles. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the planning and allocation of orders for all types of flows, materials, and qualities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage daily planning of stocks, transfers, flows, and new pallet deliveries in coordination with the Central Planning team.
  • Adjust and plan flows and production plans to country detail, balancing plant capacities to ensure service is not compromised for costs.
  • Lead the execution of seasonal supply surge, including forecasting, communication, execution, and exception management.
  • Use optimization tools (JDA, etc.) to analyze and improve supply chain processes.
  • Ensure local logistics office reporting needs are met, including customized report production.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with established SLAs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain environment, with stock management experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP and JDA.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • French language skills.
  • Experience with CHEP and negotiation.
