Job Summary:

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, order, and maintain stock levels to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure they have the required stock in a timely manner.
  • Identify stock usage trends, highlight changes, and issue stock to the operation accordingly.
  • Maintain a track of all orders placed with expected delivery dates.
  • Analyze market data to assist in planning any increase/decrease in stock requirements.
  • Communicate daily with the supply chain team.

Requirements:

  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous education in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
  • Able to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal English, and ability to work well in a team.
  • Energy and drive to deliver results beyond expectations and have a problem-solving mentality.
  • Flexibility in regards to work availability is essential.
