Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Brambles. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the planning and allocation of orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and stock optimization.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Order Management: Manage the daily planning and allocation of orders for all types of flows, materials, and qualities to ensure customer satisfaction and stock optimization.
  2. Supply Chain Planning: Facilitate efficient supply chain planning for execution teams to deliver equipment to customers at the right time, in the right manner, and at the cheapest cost to serve.
  3. Inventory Management: Manage plant-level inventories at optimal levels, balancing plant capacities to ensure service is not compromised for costs.
  4. Seasonal Supply Surge: Lead the execution of seasonal supply surge, including forecasting, communication, execution, and exception management.
  5. Optimization Tools: Utilize optimization tools (JDA, etc.) to analyze and adjust flows and production plans to country detail and daily planning of stocks, transfers, flows, and new pallet deliveries.
  6. Reporting and Compliance: Ensure local logistics office reporting needs are met, including customized reports production, and ensure customer satisfaction by being compliant with established SLAs.

Requirements

  1. Education: Diploma or middle-grade studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in a Supply Chain environment, with stock management experience.
  3. Skills and Knowledge: SAP (or similar) and JDA, stock control levels, demand and forecast planning, excellent oral and written communication skills, autonomous, self-initiative, and results-driven.
  4. Languages: English, French (a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Preferred Education: Degree and equivalent.
  2. Preferred Level of Work Experience: 1-3 years.
  3. Remote Type: Hybrid Remote.
