Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to support our Financial Management team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, with knowledge of accounting and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and some ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing the accounting plan and daily accounting entries
  • Manage and control expenses
  • Invoice control for suppliers
  • Bank management: reconciliations, payments, collections
  • Contribute to general administrative functions as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and some ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills, with a good level of English (B2)
