About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our fintech support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support B2B customers via email, chat, and phone, resolving technical issues and improving the customer experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm innovative solutions and improve customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot to enhance overall company NPS
  • Flag and escalate customer queries, providing suitable solutions and improving business processes
Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and C1 level in English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Interest in working in an ambitious team environment
