Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a Technical Support Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and solutions to our customers in the area of Merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers in the area of Merchandising
- Implement and support our data model into SQL Server and Oracle environments
- Troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Contribute to technical projects for existing software solutions and their integration in the customer environment
- Support project participants and project management with expertise and solutions
- Transfer projects into regular operations at the customer and support colleagues and customers in support cases/escalations
- Analyze client requirements and provide technical solutions to match
- Support the NielsenIQ sales team and analytics team with technical competence and experience
Requirements
- Software support and administration skills
- Database experience in SQL Server and Oracle
- Strong communication skills (Spanish, English)
- Reliability and commitment to the project and support
- Patience and ability to find solutions to problems
- Ability to work in a team and collaboratively with internal and external experts
- Very good understanding of customer issues with the aim of meeting customer needs
- Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Very good organizational and prioritization skills
