About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Software Engineering to join our Growth Enablement team and contribute to taking our technology to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of software solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop technical strategies to address them.
  • Design, develop, and deploy software solutions using various technologies such as Ruby on Rails, React, and WordPress.
  • Take ownership of projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Work closely with Product Designers to create innovative solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to measure the impact of technical decisions on business outcomes.
  • Passion for business and a strong understanding of the SaaS industry.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or DatoCMS.
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS company.
