Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Test Lead to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a Team of Test Engineers
  2. Develop and Execute Software Test Plans
  3. Supervise Project Test Execution
  4. Analyze Results and Coordinate Reporting
  5. Create and Maintain Technical Documentation
  6. Provide Support and Participate in Verification Team Operations
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field
  2. Extensive Knowledge of Software Verification
  3. At Least 3 Years of Experience as a Test Engineer
  4. Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
  5. High Level of English Proficiency
  6. Experience with Tools like Jama or DOORs
  7. ISTQB Certification
  8. Knowledge in Automation
