About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Test Engineer to join our team at Werfen. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our clinical software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze software requirements and specifications to identify potential testing needs
  • Design and execute test cases to verify software functionality and performance
  • Report test results and defects to the development team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Participate in software risk analysis and provide input on testing strategies

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on functional and non-functional testing
  • Practical experience with issue tracking and defect management tools
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques
  • Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of clinical or medical software development
  • Experience with configuration management tools
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
