Key Responsibilities- Participate in feature teams to define new features and functions, providing expert knowledge to ensure clarity and testability of requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop acceptance criteria, ensuring an aligned decision base for verification results.
- Create, maintain, and review complex software test cases across all lifecycle phases, considering customer workflows.
- Plan, execute, and document test cases, including defect reporting and root cause analysis.
- Provide technical leadership and knowledge sharing to less experienced team members.
- Support test management to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position, with profound knowledge of verification and validation processes in the regulated IVD environment.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or biomedical field.
- Ability to contribute to team collaboration, inclusion, and sharing ideas.
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level or equivalent education.
