Gantrex Canada Inc. is a leading provider of crane solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales decisions and drive business growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial sales or business development in an industrial environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • High level of English proficiency (B2 or higher).
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
