Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Barcelona. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, helping them optimize their product selection and maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with retail partners, including toy stores, hobby stores, and bookstores.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend product assortments for maximum sales potential.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and ensure timely reorders.
  • Introduce new product lines and identify sales opportunities.
  • Grow the customer base and maintain long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Multilingual German + 1 of the following languages: Italian, French, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian, or Dutch.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A strong customer service focus and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Experience in influencing purchasing decisions and driving sales growth.
  • Driver's license: the job requires that you hold a current driver's license.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar.
